Incremental Performance Exam Performance

Beginning this academic year satisfactory performance on the incremental hands on performance evaluation will be a prerequisite for wage progression.  Thank the people with the "I won't try unless you threaten me with consequences" attitude for this change. It might amount to a fine of $3000 dollars or more while waiting to re-take the exam after a bad result first try.  Pretty ironic that the worst offenders are the least affected
